INTRODUCTION:

               With so much development in the air, the consumption of electricity and the number of electrical components and machinery man works with today are enormous. Hence, EEE becomes a core branch of Engineering. The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has been an integral part of the institute since its start in 2011 and it has grown steadily over the years. The department has developed strong links with industry, academic and research institutions.

 

VISION:

               Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) Department of VPV COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING as a leading departments devoted to ensure transformational impact on learning community of the EEE students, faculty members and staffs who are engaged in teaching, innovating, discovering and creating new knowledge in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and thus serving the country as well as humanity to develop human capital and to produce new knowledge based economy and society.

 

MISSION:

               The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering supports the mission of the ANNA UNIVERSITY through teaching, research and service designed to provide the very best undergraduate electrical engineering education possible. It is our goal to provide our students with a strong theoretical foundation, practical engineering skills, experience in interpersonal communication and teamwork, and a daily emphasis on ethics, professional conduct and critical thinking. We prepare our graduates for successful engagement in commercial and industrial enterprise, research and development, and graduate study. We emphasize and support the training necessary for practice as professional engineers.

(panel consisting with motor starter, external resistance, contactors , and necessary panel instruments )
